A birthday brunch for 10 people. Great service Excellent menu Great coffee We had booked a table, which was good as it was quite busy Our drinks orders were taken while we mulled over the menu Shortly after our meal orders were taken and our drinks started arriving The food came out within 20 minutes, and it came all together. Meals were a good temperature Good serving sizes, and tasted great No issues with the drinks and meals, and everyone left feeling full and content. A great experience, and we'll be back.

Another visit and was not disappointed, everything was delicious. The Salmon pot and Broccoli salad was delicious. My eggs Benedict were perfect. Took home a takeaway of CRAZY slice, deliciously crammed full of nuts, fruits and cocnut on a delicious biscuit base. Try it The staff were very helpful especially given how busy they were. Meals arrived promptly and were cooked exactly to order and delicious. The Auction House whilst disappointing on a previous trip due to delays and staff shortages, it is well worth visiting. The outdoor area is outstanding in summer and you can always chose something from the cabinets if you have time restraints.

The Big Breakfast was big, the long black was delicious, the staff were friendly with a smile and a quip whilst still professional. I can't understand the poor reviews. Our meal arrived in good time - it was obviously freshly cooked. I asked for GF, and nothing was too much trouble. They swopped out my sausage for halloumi, and they hid a tasty tomato under the bacon. Best bit - the potato rosti/hash brown. Beautifully seasoned. There was a whole shelf of gluten-free sweet treats, 7 options! If only I'd had room after breakfast.

I’m glad we chose here for our breakfast before leaving Invercargill. Great food and coffee . The pulled pork bun and pancakes were superb! The yoghurt cake was also delicious! Very crowded but the food were served up within a considerably short time.

Kitchen closed but I had a berry yummy sausage roll - which had peas in it! Fresh juice which they made with my request for kiwi instead of apple. Service and vibe just lovely!

Only downside was the long wait for food, but the wait was worth while for how good the food was. The wait was due to big lunch rush. Outdoor tables were great in a sunny place with good shade too. Car parking area to the back of the building too
